This event will get your body and your soul singing.  Set in the lush tropics of Ubud, Bali this event brings together singing workshops each day with maestro Tony Backhouse and a feast of experiences to inspire and rejuvenate you. You will join a group of wonderful people, feast on delicious food, enjoy incredible sightseeing opportunities and indulge in massages, walks, yoga and all the delights this Indonesian paradise has to offer.

The programme

DAY 1 - Wednesday, 29th June

2-4pm Arrive at Swasti Eco Cottages.

Settle in, you can enjoy the sun, have a swim or explore Swasti Eco Cottages beautiful garden and surroundings. Our first singing session with Tony will start at 4.30 and we will have a special welcome dinner at Swasti.

DAY 2  to DAY 3 - Thursday, Friday

7:00 am Yoga - Vinyasa style and tailored to your level and needs.

8:30 am Breakfast at our venue.

9:30 – 12:30PM. Singing in the yoga ‘shala’ (with a short break)

Lunch at 1pm

After lunch (at our venue), you will get some free time to rest, get a massage, swim or walk through Monkey Forest nearby to visit the Temple or go shopping.

Ayurveda treatments are also available nearby.

4:00 - 5:30 pm.  Singing session

6-7pm Yin Yoga

Dinner will be after 7pm. Optional informal singing after dinner.

DAY 4, Saturday

9:30 – 12:30PM. Singing in the yoga ‘shala’ (with a short break)

4:30 We will be picked up from Swasti and taken into town for an early dinner before a show.
5:45pm early dinner in Ubud followed by Kecak performance.

4:00 - 5:30pm Singing session

6:00 -7:00pm Yin Yoga

Dinner will be after 7pm.

DAY 6

7:30am Early breakfast. Today we will be heading out to visit the High Priestess and Temple.

The High Priestess is revered by the locals as a healer and people flock from near and far villages to pay respects and receive a water cleanse to heal both mental and physical ailments.

Pack up your sarong and swimmers we will leave at 8:45 am.

Back at Swasti at 5pm.

Yoga at 6pm at Swasti

Yoga at 7:00am

3:30 - 4:30 Rehearsal and then head out to our concert for the local community!TBA.

DAY 8

After our last breakfast at Swasti Eco Cottages it is time to say good bye.
Please let us know where you would like to be dropped off.
Departure time is 10am.

Twin share bungalows and rooms situated in a garden full of flowers and bio-dynamic vegetables. It has its own spa for massages and beauty treatments, and a swimming pool. Situated in close proximity to Ayurveda Centre, Monkey Forest and plenty of restaurants.

Note that we have a local cash payment of 1 million IDR (equivalent to approx. $100 based on current exchange rate) on arrival to be paid to tour director. ** Updated Rate 11th Nov. 2015.

The above rates are per person based on twin or double shared room.
The Create Escape does not require single travellers to pay a surcharge for travelling alone. We will arrange for you to share accommodation with another traveller of the same gender. If you would like a guarantee of a single room a single supplement is payable.
