• Can I pay in installments for a retreat?

  Yes you can, so long as you pay in full two months before the event date. You make a deposit and then contact us to make on a payment plan.

• Can we extend our stay at the venue?

  Please ask us if you would like to stay on at the venue. We can usually arrange for you to do that.

• Can you arrange meet ups with others before a trip?

  Yes we can connect you with others that have booked on a retreat.

  Ask us about that.

• Do I have to be a professional singer to join a singing workshop or retreat?

  No. You do not have to be a professional singer or an experienced singer for that matter. Everyone will be made to feel comfortable and an integral part of the group.

  These events are suitable and fun for everyone who loves singing from stage performers to beginners.

• Do you offer group tours or discounts??

  Yes we do! For groups of 4 (four) or 7 (seven) and 10 (ten) or more on an event.

  We can even tailor an event especially for you.

• How do I book?

  Go to the event you are selecting to join and click the Book Now button. If this is not working or you have any questions about booking this, please contact us. We will assist you either via calling you back or via email asap.

• How do I cancel and is there a cancellation fee?

  Notification received 90 or more days prior to the start date:
  - Full refund less AUD $300 service charge or choose an alternative workshop/tour.
  
  Notification received 60 days or more prior to workshop/tour start date.
  - Full refund less AUD $500 service charge and no choice of alternative workshop/tour.
  
  Notification received less than 60 days before, or after the workshop/tour begins.
  - No refund given.

• If my partner does not want to join in the activity is there something he/she can do during a retreat?

  Yes, we always make sure there is space for your loved ones and organise activities to suit them wherever possible. In Italy there are options for cycling and cooking tours but you can always make a request and we can see what we can do to facilitate that.
